Our odorless barrier spray will eliminate adult mosquitoes and ticks on contact. With its time-released formula, it will continue to work for 21 days (3 weeks) depending on weather and property conditions. The overall result is an 85-90% reduction in the mosquito population in your yard. If you sign up for the entire season, you may see greater long-term mosquito reduction.

Our monthly weed treatment in your landscape beds and hardscaped areas eradicates current weed growth, and inhibits them from growing back.
6 step lawn fertilization
Early Spring (Feb 15-Mar 30)
As your lawn awakens from a long Winter, we apply a balanced fertilizer with pre-emergent to prevent weeds and maintain a healthy green color, a crabgrass preventive, and broadleaf weed control as needed. This is one of the most important applications because preventing crabgrass is much easier than trying to eliminate it once it has become established.
Late Spring (April 1-May 31)
As Spring is in full bloom, we apply a slow-release fertilizer with pre-emergent to prevent weeds and maintain a vibrant green color throughout the season. Any broadleaf weeds are treated at the same time as well.
Early Summer (June 1-July 15)
As Summer is starting to heat up, we apply a slow-release, well balanced fertilizer with iron. This helps maintain good color during Summer stresses like heat and drought. We also spot spray for undesirable grassy/broadleaf weeds.
Grub Control (June 1-July 15)
We apply slow release Grub-A-Way for season long grub control to prevent Moles.
Early Fall (Sept 1-Oct 15)
As Summer comes to a close, we apply a well-balanced, slow release fertilizer. Fertilizing at this time of year stimulates healthy root growth for a stronger turf, and helps your lawn green up and recover from Summer stress. We also spot-spray any broadleaf weeds at this time.
Late Fall (Nov 1-Dec 15)
Our final application for the year is a special Winter fertilizer to slowly feed your lawn through the late Fall and Winter, without forcing new growth. This late treatment helps with early Spring green up because the roots have stored necessary nutrients over the Winter. Lawns that do not receive a Winter application take longer to green up in the Spring.
